Thank you for shopping with Vagory. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The perfume bottle must be sealed and not opened.
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging.
In such cases, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
